The reason is Hi-touch. We have different perspective about this question. Let us answer beyond the usual service level benefits and surface level of understating. A unique reason we found while counseling/interviewing the candidates thru campus/walk-in interviews, everyone has dreams, but how few has the precise goals & plans and willing to put the hard work? DreamJOBZ Consulting surveyed on 672 candidates on particular question about their personal dreams, financial goals, social concern and career path. The results are shocking. Result of survey is as follows and candidates on personal dreams, financial goals, social concern and career path.
Job Seeker’s Goals & Plans
Everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die

• 51% don’t know where they will end up.
• 24% chosen wrong path.
• 6% proud that they don’t have any goals at all.
• 12% have vague financial goals.
• 0.3% has clear goals and the pictures of places where they want to go, car, house, precise career path & financial goals and etc.
• Remaining half (ha ha… 6.7%) decided not to decide because it is too early to answer.
And the survey is a continuous process. This survey is very close to the survey done by Harvard Business School in 1989. Surprisingly nothing changed in the last 15 years. Is this bad news or good news? Neither a bad nor a good:
DreamJOBZ Consulting looks it as an opportunity and a challenge to exceed the expectations. We concentrate on 12% and 0.3% candidates. The consultants let them decide to choose their career by offering multiple choices from different industries. By doing it they are more transparent with the consultants than with the employer when it comes to career and choice of domain. This happens because they are more desperate to get any job from any company they walk-in with.
